Tuesday 15 September 2026 brings together a dense run of public notices across Bristol and the surrounding area, from council committees in the morning and afternoon to a Championship fixture at Ashton Gate in the evening. [4][3][9][5][8]

Council listings show Tewkesbury Borough Council’s Planning meeting at 9:30 am, Bristol City Council’s Public Safety & Protection Sub-Committee at 10 am and Harbour Committee at 3 pm, and Cheltenham Borough Council’s Cabinet at 6 pm. [4][3][9][5]

In Bristol, First Bus said Hengrove Lane in Hengrove would be closed from 09:30 to 15:30 on Monday 14 and Tuesday 15 September, diverting service 45 via Wells Road and New Fosseway Road and leaving Cadogan Road, Clatworthy Drive and Loxton Square unserved, with Airport Road or Fortfield Road advised instead. [6][1]

Bristol City FC said the same day’s home game against Lincoln City in the Sky Bet Championship kicks off at 7.45 pm, with season tickets able to be forwarded and matchday shuttle buses dropping off and collecting on Winterstoke Road. [8][2][7]

Read side by side, the notices point to a single Tuesday when travel, ticketing and committee business are all being managed at once. [4][3][9][5][6][1][8][2][7]
