Tribunal notices show workers' claims spanning collapsed firms and public bodies

Employment tribunal cases published by HM Courts & Tribunals Service on 25 September 2026 show claims against insolvent companies alongside government and public-sector respondents. Employers in formal insolvency appear in several of the notices: Green Cave DayCare Ltd was in compulsory liquidation [2], Harvest Energy Ltd was in administration [3], Fore Fitness Corporate Ltd was in compulsory liquidation [4], and Bento Box T/a Little Tokyo Ltd was in creditors’ voluntary liquidation [7]. The Fore Fitness case also names the Secretary of State for Business and Trade as a respondent [4].
