Licensing panels dominate council meeting week across Bristol, Somerset and Gloucestershire

Meeting records published by councils across Bristol, Somerset and Gloucestershire show a week of public sessions from Tuesday 22 to Thursday 24 September in which licensing panels were the most frequently recurring type of meeting.
