Duplicate entries and bundled case numbers mark latest employment tribunal release

Several of the decisions were listed twice on the same day under different source labels: once as "HM Courts & Tribunals Service" and once as "Employment tribunal decisions". For example, the decision in Ms E Bentley v Mr C Lord and David Lloyd Leisure Ltd appeared under both labels [2][8], as did Mr S Rahim v Associated British Ports [4][10], Miss K Kluza v EasyJet Airline Company Ltd [5][11], and Mr P Gibson v Costain Ltd [6][12]. Other decisions, such as Mr H Kazlauskas v Sullivan Bus and Coach Ltd [13] and M Stafford v Epic Global Agency Ltd [14], appeared only once.

Several decisions also covered more than one case reference. Mr S Rahim v Associated British Ports was listed as 3312501/2023 and 3303542/2024 [4][10]; Ms W Njiiri v Cambridge City Council as 3300920/2025 and 3301139/2026 [3][9]; and Professor N W Evans v The Chancellor, Masters and Scholars of the University of Cambridge and Others as 3307960/2023 and Others [15].

All of the notices carried the same one-line text, "Employment Tribunal decision", and did not set out the claims, findings or remedies within the published listings [1][7][13].
