Cladding and school capital items top council committee agendas days apart

Bristol and Somerset council committees have capital programme items on their agendas days apart. Bristol City Council's Homes and Housing Delivery Policy Committee met on 18 September; the council later published a decision sheet, and its agenda supplement for item 11 listed a Turner and Townsend presentation on the annual cladding remediation programme [3][4][8]. On 21 September, Somerset Council's Children and Education scrutiny committee is scheduled to consider the deployment of High Needs Provision Capital Allocation [9][13]. Bristol's housing committee and Somerset's Adults, Health and Housing scrutiny committee both met at 10.00 am on 18 September [1][2][3][5].
