Bristol-Somerset area sees deaths, arrest and transport disruption over three days

Police confirmed that a woman died on the railway tracks near Wellington over the weekend, leading to the cancellation of services from Bristol to Taunton [2][4][10]. Great Western Railway has issued a statement following the death of a woman on a key rail line into Somerset [15][16][17][18]. Separately, a man in his 50s died after a serious collision in Bridgwater, the Somerset County Gazette reported [9].
