Bristol City Council papers show that a Licensing (Hearings) Sub-Committee is scheduled for 10.00 am on Thursday, 20 August 2026, with supplementary agenda documents for El Rincon and 35 Union Street (the former Odeon Cinema) published ahead of the meeting [1], [5], [16].

Cotswold District Council papers list a Licensing Sub-Committee (Licensing Act 2003 Matters) meeting at 2.00 pm on Wednesday, 19 August 2026, with a supplementary agenda for the Existance Festival published on 17 August [4], [8].
