BBC's four West of England local feeds carry identical regional news round-ups

BBC Bristol, Somerset, Wiltshire and Gloucestershire all published the same weekly news recap on 19 September and an identical photo round-up the next day.

Both articles are described as weekly round-ups covering the West of England [1][2][3][4][9][10][5][6][7][8]. The duplicated text appears across all four feeds rather than being unique to Bristol, Somerset, Wiltshire or Gloucestershire [1][2][3][4][9][10][5][6][7][8].
