Avon NHS trust appears in tribunal batch alongside catering claims and insolvent firms

The trust is one of several public-sector employers in the batch: the Home Office is named in three cases, and NHS bodies appear in at least six decisions [25], [8], [19], [23], [9], [13], [15], [18], [22].

The same published list includes a cluster of catering, restaurant, pub and bar employers, among them Compass Group UK and Ireland Ltd, Hamble Catering Ltd, Griffin Catering Services Ltd, Viva Italia Ltd, Heavenly Desserts, PLK Chicken UK Ltd, The Rising Sun (Church Gresley) Ltd, Tapp'd Cocktails Ltd, Italiana Fifty-Five, Signorellis Deli Ltd, Gastro Sunderland Ltd and Positive Pub Group Ltd [2], [3], [4], [6], [7], [10], [11], [14], [17], [20], [21], [24]. Several respondents in the same batch are described as being in liquidation or administration: ERV Group Ltd, Tapp'd Cocktails Ltd, J F Renshaw Ltd, Aberdeen SPL Product Ltd and TripleForce Security Ltd [12], [14], [16], [26], [28]. In the ERV Group case, the Secretary of State for Business and Trade is also named as a respondent [12].
